Privacy Policy

1. Overview and Corporate Identity
The Lead Attendant ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by IS Tech Advisors LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Charlotte County, Florida, provides client acquisition, direct mail automation, and campaign attribution software for licensed professional firms. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, handle, protect, and process data across our websites, client portal, automated direct mail fulfillment workflows, and call tracking infrastructure.
2. Public Records Processing & Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR)
Our platform processes public commercial registration records published by the Florida Department of State Division of Corporations under Florida Public Records Law (Fla. Stat. Chapter 119) and the Florida Sunshine Laws. Public records (including newly formed commercial entity legal names, filing dates, registered agent information, principal business addresses, and public officer titles) constitute public government filings open to public inspection and are not private consumer personal data.
To the extent applicable under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (Fla. Stat. Section 501.701 et seq.) and related commercial consumer privacy frameworks, we distinguish strictly between:
- Public Corporate Filings: Open public record commercial registrations aggregated and transformed strictly to facilitate professional B2B outreach on behalf of licensed firms.
- Subscriber and Partner Account Data: Private commercial contact, account credentials, and billing information collected directly from subscribing professional firms.
3. Information Collected from Subscribing Partners
When you register for an account or activate an exclusive geographic territory, we collect:
- Firm and Contact Profile: Principal name, licensed professional firm name, bar or CPA board credentials, physical office address, phone number, and administrative email address.
- Creative and Brand Assets: High-resolution firm logos, professional headshots, brand color hex codes, and custom return mailing addresses uploaded for physical mail piece rendering.
- Payment Credentials: Credit card, debit card, or ACH billing information processed directly through our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor (Stripe). We never store raw credit card numbers on our application servers.
- Telecommunications & Call Telemetry: Inbound call timestamps, call durations, caller ID metadata, and whisper routing destinations associated with platform-provisioned local tracking numbers.
4. Attribution Telemetry, QR / PURL Tracking & Hashed CAPI Events
To verify campaign return on investment and deliver multi-channel attribution, our software utilizes privacy-safe tracking mechanisms:
- Dynamic QR Codes & Personalized URLs (PURLs): Each direct mail piece incorporates a unique cryptographic QR code and matching personalized URL. When scanned or visited by a recipient, our servers log first-party session telemetry (scan timestamp, device user agent, and anonymous campaign identifier) to notify the assigned partner of commercial intent.
- Server-Side Hashed Conversions API (CAPI): When subscribers enable digital retargeting boosters, our platform transmits conversion telemetry to advertising networks (including Meta Conversions API) utilizing one-way SHA-256 cryptographic hashing. Personal identifiers are hashed on our secure servers prior to transmission, ensuring raw, unhashed personal data is never shared.
- No Third-Party Cross-Site Data Brokers: We do not sell, rent, or trade subscriber or lead personal data to third-party data brokers or behavioral advertising networks for independent commercial use.
5. Multi-Tenant Isolation & Cryptographic Security
We employ strict architectural tenant isolation across our application and database layers. Leads assigned to a subscriber firm in their designated county and industry vertical are logically locked to that subscriber's account. No competing subscriber or third party can view, access, or export another firm's lead dispatches, recipient responses, or call logs. All stored data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit via TLS 1.3.
6. Carrier & Telecommunications Compliance (TCPA & FTSA)
In compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Florida Telemarketing Act (Fla. Stat. Section 501.059), tracking phone numbers provisioned through our platform are dedicated inbound call tracking routes. Mobile phone numbers collected for administrative verification or subscriber account alerts are never shared with external parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Call recording, where enabled by the subscriber, includes mandatory automated disclosure prompts in compliance with Florida two-party consent wiretap statutes (Fla. Stat. Chapter 934).
7. Data Retention, Direct Mail Suppression & Opt-Out Rights
We retain partner account records for the duration of the active subscription plus required tax and accounting statutory retention periods. For commercial entities that receive physical direct mail pieces from our subscribers:
- Direct Mail Suppression: Any commercial business owner or registered agent may request permanent suppression from future direct mail dispatches by emailing privacy@theleadattendant.com with the entity name and physical mailing address, or by submitting an opt-out request through the recipient PURL. Suppressed addresses are placed on our universal suppression list and permanently excluded from future print batches.
- Digital Tracking Opt-Out: Recipients visiting PURL landing pages may disable client-side analytics by utilizing standard browser Do-Not-Track signals or private browsing sessions.
8. Third-Party Service Providers
We transmit necessary operational data strictly to vetted enterprise infrastructure partners:
- Secure Cloud Infrastructure: Serverless application hosting, managed databases, and encrypted asset storage.
- Commercial Print & Mail Fulfillment Partners: High-speed commercial press facilities for physical print production and USPS mail entry.
- Stripe: PCI-compliant subscription billing and payment processing.
- Enterprise Telecommunications Infrastructure: Inbound call routing, call duration logging, and dynamic caller ID forwarding.
